I just wanted to follow up and sincerely thank you again for our session. I’ve been reflecting on it quite a lot, and one thing that stands out to me is how much time and care you put into considering every aspect of my chart. It was very meaningful to me; the word I’ve been using nearly every time I tell folks about it is “affirming” (that and “amazing,” haha). Is it weird to say it felt like a huge confidence boost?
